Returns & Refunds

We aim to ensure all out customers are satisfied with their purchase. if you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return item must be unused and in the original packaging. proof of purchase is required, custom-made, special-order or installed items may be non-returnable. 

Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been inspected and approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect. 

Damaged or Faulty Equipment

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours by contacting service@simecatering.com
