Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Estimated delivery times: Standard UK Delivery 2-5 working days. 

Delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to courier delays outside of our control. Larger or heavy equipment may require specialist delivery arrangements and additional delivery time. Customers will be contacted if there are any unexpected delays with their order. 

Please ensure delivery information is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: service@simecatering.com
